The e-mail we get from Paypal gives us: Your Name Your Address Your e-Mail Address The number of tickets you have purchased We will print the number of tickets that you have purchased and enter them in the draw for you You will receive a confirmation e-mail from Paypal that acts as your receipt You will not receive anything further from the committee unless you are a winner Question: What percentage of the money goes to the charities?Answer:Where tickets are sold for cash at events 100% of the money goes to the charities Where tickets are sold on the website via paypal 100% of the money goes to the charities after paypal fee deductions (around 5%) The charities that will benefit are listed here Question: How many places are available?Answer:Twenty places are being given away via the raffle On the day there will be around 160 children at the event however the other places are being distributed via other channels. Question: If I win what are the arrangements are there for the event?Answer:The event is planned for Sunday 6th September 2009 at Twickenham Stadium. There are no alternate dates nor are there any alternate prizes. It is your responsibility to make yourself available on that date, as is transport to/from the venue The final list of participating coaches and players will be confirmed shortly before the event due to club/country commitments that are outside our control. An itinerary will be sent out to all participants shortly before the event but you should plan to spend the whole day at the stadium. Question: What are the age limits for the children on the dayAnswer:Children have to be under 17 and over 7 on 1st September 2009 (i.e. playing in U8s to U16s at a rugby club next season) Dates of Birth: 01-Sep-1992 to 01-Sep-2002 Question: When are the draws?Answer:There are two draws, one shortly before the dinner on 18th May 2009 and one in August 2009 |
